He established Altimetrik’s early partnership with OpenAI and continues to drive innovation that enables smarter, faster outcomes for some of the world’s leading enterprises. Under his leadership, Altimetrik was named to Constellation Research’s Shortlist of top Global AI Services firms.

Before joining Altimetrik, Adam served as Senior Vice President at Salesforce AI, where he was a founding member of the team that built and launched Salesforce’s generative AI products. He also led the Emerging Technologies team and chaired Salesforce’s GenAI Advisory Board, advising global executives on responsible and effective AI adoption.

Earlier in his career, Adam founded Model Metrics, a consulting firm that accelerated enterprise cloud adoption. The firm was recognized as the #1 Place to Work in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune, and Adam was named CEO of the Year by the Illinois Technology Association. Salesforce later acquired Model Metrics, integrating its capabilities into its professional services organization.

Adam holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the World Economic Forum’s Metaverse Governance Steering Committee and holds three patents for enterprise applications of Web3 technologies. Based in Chicago, he enjoys tennis, skiing, and time with his three children.”
