Elevate the Relationship: Relationship managers spend a meaningful share of their day manually reviewing files before conversations, by which point some of the highest-value opportunities have already passed. Elevate the Decision: This is where I think Claudeforce has the most immediate and measurable impact in financial services. A credit analyst today can spend four to eight hours per deal assembling a loan package and drafting a committee narrative. That is not because the analyst is slow. It is because the work requires pulling from lending systems, policy documents, financial models, and compliance checklists, synthesizing it, and writing it into a coherent narrative that a committee can act on. Every hour spent on that assembly is an hour not spent on the judgment the analyst was hired to make.
Claudeforce reads the full lending package, applies the institution’s own decisioning rules, identifies exceptions, and drafts a narrative ready for analyst review. The analyst still makes the call. The foundation still matters
Most Claudeforce deployments will not fail because the technology is wrong.
