Raj B. Vattikuti, Founder of Altimetrik, is a philanthropist and serial entrepreneur who has seeded a string of successful enterprises, including Altimetrik, Covansys, Synova, Vattikuti Ventures, Vattikuti Technologies, and Davinta Technologies.
Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA, Altimetrik, his present venture, is a rapidly growing technology enterprise with more than 2,500 associates across development centers in San Francisco and New York City (USA), Bangalore and Chennai (India) and Montevideo (Uruguay). Altimetrik is committed to driving noticeable change to client businesses, leveraging a world-class workforce.
Raj is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, India. He is a post-graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Wayne State University, USA. Furthermore, Raj was conferred an honorary doctorate for Business Administration [SS1] by Bryant University, [SS2] USA. He was also conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the IT industry by Dykema Gossett [SS3] at the third annual Michigan IT Summit in 2001.
Chief Operating Officer
Raj Sundaresan is a renowned and respected leader in the IT industry.
Hailing from Bangalore, he is an alumni of Bangalore and Notre Dame de Namur universities - where he did his Computer Science Engineering and MBA, International Business respectively. Starting his career in the early ‘90s, Raj’s career has gone from strength to strength, and he has leveraged his passion and verve in ushering in technology transformation in the Payment, Financial Technology and eCommerce verticals over the past 20 years.
Raj has held leadership roles, in charge of technology teams at Visa, eBay and PayPal. At PayPal, under his leadership, he has successfully scaled globally product development teams, established development centers in India and Singapore, and helped fuel business growth by rapidly expanding merchant services, mobile, credit, and on-eBay payment capabilities. At Visa, Raj headed the Digital and Mobile Product Development, and oversaw the launch of widely acclaimed products such as Visa Checkout, Visa Token Service, ApplePay, and Android and Samsung Pay among other mobile enablement platforms.
At Altimetrik, Raj is looking forward to make a difference in the IT industry, by scaling up our offerings in a fast changing technological landscape by bringing in his strong focus on customer-centricity, and building an employee driven, open innovation culture to foster talent.

Suresh G Nair
Chief Transformation Officer
Suresh G Nair is an innovative and transformational technologist with a proven track record of delivering strategic business and client value.
He has joined Altimetrik as the Chief Transformation Officer, and will be heading the Customer Solutions and Design teams, overseeing all Solutions and Business architects, and help in crafting and contextualizing our capabilities to address customer challenges.
Suresh, most recently was the Head of end-to-end transformation, as well as Head of Enterprise Architecture and Shared Capabilities at Bank of America. He was responsible for enabling technology transformation, and applied solutions architecture with enterprise patterns, standards and practices across the bank. As the head of transformation, Nair drove the vision, strategy and execution of technology transformation. His prior role was as the CIO and Head of Technology for Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM). As CIO, he was responsible for leading GWIM Technology - focusing on strategy, architecture, and core technology solutions for all client- facing, business-facing, and back-end technology aligned with the goals of the GWIM business.
Suresh joined Merrill Lynch in 2001 and had held a series of senior technology leadership positions during his 14 years with the company. From 2008 to 2010, he helped to lead the successful platform integration of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management following the merger of the two corporations. Prior to that, Suresh was the Head of Architecture and Development for GE FANUC Automation in Charlottesville, VA.
Hailing from Kerala, India, Suresh was a First Rank and a medal holder for his M.Tech in Industrial Management and Technology from IIT Kharagpur. He did his B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. A passionate technologist, Suresh has many patents to his name.
He is an avid reader, a connoisseur of Carnatic music, and follows Cricket. He also cares about many social causes like Child Development, Economic Empowerment, Education, Environment, Health, Human Rights, and Poverty Alleviation.
Head, Uruguay Delivery Center
Manuel Vidal is the Head of Altimetrik Uruguay Delivery Center, responsible for general management of Uruguay offices including technical expertise on cloud computing and mobile technologies, people experience, process innovation and marketing.
With 17 years of experience in the IT industry, prior to joining Altimetrik, he worked as international consultant specializing in e-Government around Latin America across several countries such as Argentina, Paraguay, El Salvador, Honduras and Panama. Manuel has also been involved is software engineering for banking and financial services. Having joined Altimetrik in 2010, Manuel plays a key role directing and managing the delivery center in South America.
Manuel is a graduate in Computer Science Engineering from UDELAR Montevideo, Uruguay and is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP).
President and Global CFO
Tim is the global Chief Financial Officer of Altimetrik. Previously, he has been the President of Synova, Inc., a privately held international IT services company, leading it on a growth mode from a start-up operation to over $100 million in annual revenues.
Prior to Synova, Tim was the Executive Vice President of Finance for Covansys. During his time at Covansys the company grew in annual revenues from $12 million to over $500 million. Tim was responsible for finance and operational matters of the company. He also led the company’s IPO, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions and served on the Board of Directors.
Tim started his career at Arthur Andersen after graduating from the University of Michigan in 1980. He recently served on the Board of Directors of Caraco Corp. a generic drug manufacturer where he was the Chair of the Audit Committee. Recently, he was also the Board Chair for Cass Community Social Services.
Vamsi Krishna Vinjamuri
Chief Marketing Officer
Vamsi Krishna Vinjamuri is the Chief Marketing Officer at Altimetrik. With over 15 years’ experience in core marketing, Vamsi has served diverse industries, including IT, insurance, media and advertising. Over this time, he has developed a deep understanding of business planning and strategy, rural marketing, advertising, as well as online branding. He has also played a key role in framing business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) approaches, tracing key business trends and supporting market expansions.
Vinjamuri joined Altimetrik from Wipro Technologies, where his responsibilities included tapping new markets for banking and financial services.
Vamsi holds a degree in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Maharashtra, India. He graduated in Economics and Political Science from Nizam College, Hyderabad, India.
Head - Global Delivery and Engineering
Ranga is a Global IT leader with more than two decades of experience in technology, product, business & people leadership roles, predominantly focusing on vision, strategy, innovation, delivery and operational excellence.
Ranga is the Head of Global Delivery and Engineering at Altimetrik, focusing on engineering rigor and delivery excellence across the organization.
Prior to joining Altimetrik, Ranga was the India Head for VISA Data Labs where he created a successful operating model for various cross-functional teams to work on machine learning, data analytics, BI, data app dev, ETL, operations and program management.
Earlier, Ranga was with PayPal, where he held leadership positions in technology development and acceleration. He was part of the core team to set up the PayPal India Development Centre. Prior to that, Ranga was Director at Covansys for over a decade.
An entrepreneur by heart and practice, Ranga cofounded two start-ups in India providing technology products and solutions to large enterprises. He is among the board of directors and mentor to various start-ups in India.
Ranga is a postgraduate in computer applications from Anna University and an MBA in Information Management from Uptron ACL.
Ranga resides with his family in Chennai. His interests include adventure sports, long-distance running, cricket where he represented the state team in U-16’s and is also a specialist in playing percussion instruments.
Head -Customer Success
Ryan is an inspiring business leader with deep experience in managing change in large, complex organizations that operate in multicultural environments. Over his career, he has built a great track record of developing business and IT strategies, and in creating, inspiring and leading high-performance teams.
Ryan is responsible for the “Customer Success Partner” charter for Altimetrik, by engaging, advising and driving transformational change.
Most recently, Ryan was VP and Chief Information Officer at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) for North America and Asia-Pacific. He was responsible for all resources, strategy, programs, operations, and security across the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) organization. In his role, Ryan drove significant global process change and technology convergence across the ICT landscape.
Prior to joining FCA, Ryan was an independent consultant and small business owner, successfully leading business process and organizational change for multiple clients.
Before becoming an independent consultant in 2007, he worked at Accenture, where he led business process transformation and systems integration activities on multiple global information technology programs.
Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois (1998) and an MBA from Michigan State University (2016).
Head - HR
Geetha Thiagarajan is a leading HR thinker with rich experience in handling the people aspect of transformational initiatives.
Geetha joins Altimetrik from Societe Generale, where she managed HR for the technology business, handling the business transformation process and establishing a global connect.
In her initial days, Geetha set up the HR Service Centre for Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, while transitioning jobs from Singapore to Bangalore. She has also worked in Dell where she has served multiple HR rotational roles and partnered with technologists to design numerous HR tools. She was the product owner for Dell's homegrown tool - HR Direct.
As the India recruitment head for TNT, she was instrumental in changing the entire hiring process, while instilling organization values in each of the candidate engagements.
In her HRBP role in ANZ Bank, Geetha was responsible for Global HR engagements, HR transformation projects on five key streams, strategic workforce planning and designing, and handling leadership development programs.
Geetha was awarded by WHRD in Feb '17 for Innovation in Career Management for a process that she designed and implemented. She has also been a speaker with SHRM for their ‘Career’ series.
She is a CA Intern and MBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune. Along with other certifications, she is also a certified leadership coach.
In her spare time, she volunteers to counsel teens. She also loves travelling and listening to audio books.
