Raj was instrumental in establishing and scaling successful product development teams for PayPal across the United States, India, and Singapore. His expertise in the payments industry was further strengthened through strategic leadership roles at Visa, where he played a key role in developing and launching Digital & Mobile payment solutions, as well as Merchant Gateway products.

Farid Roshan is the Global Head for Altimetrik’s AI-Infused Digital, spearheading the shift from traditional digital transformation to intelligence-driven engineering ecosystems. He drives the strategy and delivery of solutions that seamlessly blend modern engineering practices with autonomous, AI-powered capabilities—enabling enterprises to innovate faster, operate with greater precision, and unlock new digital business models.

In addition to guiding AI-Infused Digital, Farid heads Altimetrik’s Intelligent Systems & Operations group. A seasoned technology executive with more than three decades of global leadership experience, he helps enterprises realize measurable business outcomes through AI adoption at scale.

Gautam has a proven track record of scaling global technology businesses by leveraging emerging technologies and deep industry expertise. Prior to joining Altimetrik, he served as President and Executive Director at an AI-native engineering firm, where he led the company’s growth strategy and transformed it into one of the fastest-growing technology services organizations during his tenure.

He successfully built the Banking and Financial Services vertical into a US$500 million business—the firm’s largest—and led several strategic corporate initiatives that contributed to its sustained growth.
