Throughout his career, Sreenivas has held senior leadership roles spanning Corporate Strategy, Finance & Accounts, Investor Relations, Business Operations, and Enterprise Transformation at leading technology firms. He has worked in the industry at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hexaware Technologies, Plintron Group, and Collabera Digital, contributing to several significant industry milestones. At TCS, he played a pivotal role in India’s largest private-sector IPO. During his tenure at Hexaware, he helped secure the Indian IT services industry’s largest private equity investment. He also spearheaded major transformation initiatives that strengthened financial performance and enterprise value at Plintron Group and Collabera Digital. In addition, Sreenivas has led multiple complex IT outsourcing deals with a combined contract value exceeding $800 million, demonstrating his ability to structure and negotiate high-value partnerships.
