Altimetrik grew by 25% in the first half of 2020, despite the pandemic. Our growth continues to accelerate, fueled by our unique approach to business and digital transformation. Our teams of practitioners collaborate with our clients, and our incremental approach builds momentum with quick wins that add up to measurable business outcomes.

But our success and our approach are due in large part to our leadership. Which is why we’re thrilled to announce that our own Raj Vattikuti was named one of 29 finalists for Entrepreneur Of The Year 2020 Michigan and Northwest Ohio.

Selected by a panel of independent judges from a competitive pool of nominations, Raj was evaluated based on six criteria, including overcoming adversity; financial performance; societal impact and commitment to building a values-based company; innovation; and talent management.

Raj has excelled at each of the above over his 35-year career, building multiple businesses and leaving a legacy of success and philanthropy. But one of his biggest tests has been the COVID-19 pandemic, which has challenged every entrepreneur in those six areas.

Under Raj’s leadership, Altimetrik has only grown. We were able to go fully remote while maintaining our culture of innovation and never missing a beat with clients. Businesses still had complex, difficult problems to solve, and the need to digitalize became even more urgent in a world suddenly much more reliant on digital services. From our team structure to our Innovation Platform, the pieces were already in place to encourage remote collaboration, generate prototypes and proofs of concept, and continue to deliver for clients.

Across his entire career, Raj has dedicated his talents and his team to achieve measurable business outcomes. As more businesses recognize the need for business and digital transformation or find themselves stuck in the process, Altimetrik has stepped in to drive growth with speed and agility.

Award winners will be announced on Thursday, October 8. Regional award winners are eligible for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards, to be announced in November. The Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner will then move on to compete for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in June 2021.
