The existing DevSecOps platform, with its extensive array of toolsets, posed significant challenges for onboarding new users, creating new projects, adding users to existing projects, and granting permissions. These tasks were manually handled, often taking weeks to complete, causing delays and creating dependencies on multiple teams.
E-OCPO (Enterprise One-Click Project Onboarding): Altimetrik developed a customized application, E-OCPO, to automate the onboarding process for new projects across differentbusiness units. This One-Click Project Onboarding UI simplifies and accelerates onboarding activities, drastically reducing the time and dependency on various teams, including Tools and OPS.
