Altimetrians are always proud to boast that Altimetrik is a great place to work, and now we have the proof to back up that claim. Altimetrik’s U.S. business was recently honored to be named a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization. Certification is a significant achievement and not one that is easy to get. While this is the first year for our U.S. business, our India business has been Great Place to Work-Certified for four consecutive years. We are justly proud of both achievements.

As an organization, we are always striving to create an empowering and friendly atmosphere for our employees that inspires great work. Our employee experience is a priority, and it is a great acknowledgement to see 82% have reported a consistently positive experience with their coworkers, their leaders, and their jobs. That’s quite a feat when only 59% of employees would say that of the typical U.S. company! In fact, the company had very high ratings across the board in several important categories:
