Position Details
- Senior Engineer- Cloud in the Technology domain with 3-7 years of experience.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Aurora.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
- Collaborate on PAGP solutions for high availability and low latency.
- Lead AWS and Kubernetes integration for performance optimization.
- Create Jenkins pipelines for CI\/CD.
- Implement Docker containers for application deployment.
- Develop Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
- Utilize Terraform Cloud for centralized infrastructure management.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Drive innovation and optimization in cloud infrastructure.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Preferred skills include Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform Cloud, AWS Aurora, and Ansible playbooks;
- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science with Cloud Computing specialization or M.Tech in IT focusing on Cloud Technologies;
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect and CKA.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Aurora.
- Utilize Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, deployment, and scaling applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement PAGP (Performance-Assured Geographically Proximate Pairs) solutions for high availability and low latency.
- Lead the integration of AWS services with Kubernetes platforms to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Create and manage Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Implement Docker containers for application deployment and management.
- Develop Ansible playbooks for automated configuration management and streamline infrastructure operations.
- Utilize Terraform Cloud for centralized infrastructure management and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for infrastructure as code with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior team members on cloud technologies, best practices, and automation tools.
- Drive innovation and optimization in cloud infrastructure to meet performance and security requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to cloud, DevOps, and automation.
Ideal Candidate Info
- Extensive experience in AWS, Terraform, AWS & Kubernetes, AWS Aurora, and PAGP
- 3-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using AWS services
- Profound understanding of Terraform for infrastructure as code, AWS & Kubernetes for container orchestration, AWS Aurora for database management, and PAGP for network protocols
- Ability to architect scalable and secure cloud solutions, automate infrastructure provisioning, and optimize resource utilization
- Experience in leveraging AWS services for high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization
- Education requirements: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Cloud Computing or DevOps, or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology focusing on Cloud Technologies or Infrastructure Automation
- Certification in AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Proficiency in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
